Today sucked, so I climbed on the treadmill and ran.

1.98km in and I'm already dying. Tired, bored and regretting my Friday evening choice.

The sound of my feet pounding away as I get past 3...4 and onto the next song.

So close to 500, come on..push through. 500cal.

yes please. But hold on; how about a little more. Get 6.5; slogging, tired and sweating. It's 5°C outside and I can see the my breath; clouds.

So close to 7; just get it done. Shit I can probably do 30min. Sorted. 7.75kms and I'm tapping out; 5 on Monday; 10 on Wed and 7.7ish for Friday.

Feels good. Chased every next target and achieved it.
